Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNJR collects, uses, retains, and deletes relevant data when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. Using the VPNJR website, user panel, or client means that you have read this policy. VPNJR processes data only as needed to provide the service, process orders, maintain accounts, and keep systems operating normally.
Data collected and its uses
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. The system stores the username, one-way processed authentication information, account status, and subscription status to identify the account, complete sign-in, and deliver the subscription. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in your username.
When you purchase a service, VPNJR stores the order contents, plan or data package type, amount due, payment status, transaction reference information, refund status, and necessary accounting records. This information is used to confirm payment, activate the service, process refunds, resolve disputes, and meet necessary financial recordkeeping requirements. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT.
The website may collect analytics such as page visits, feature clicks, browser type, device category, referring page, and error information to determine whether pages work properly, improve user flows, and investigate anomalies. Analytics are handled according to data minimization principles and are not used to build profiles of the international websites users visit.
No logs and connection records
VPNJR follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, which online services they use, or which queries they submit, nor does it retain traffic content or DNS request history that could reconstruct browsing activity. This service does not maintain a long-term association between network activity and an account.
The client and routes may process temporary technical status during a connection to complete identity checks, calculate data usage, schedule routes, and protect against failures. This status serves only the current connection or account usage management and is not retained as historical connection logs after the connection ends. An account may show used and remaining subscription data, but this record does not include destinations or browsing content.
Error information generated to maintain system operation is limited to what is needed for troubleshooting. If an error contains a temporary network identifier, VPNJR removes it after troubleshooting is complete or when it is no longer needed for maintenance. It is not used to analyze specific browsing activity.
Cookies and local storage
The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, interface language, session credentials, and necessary security status. These data maintain sign-in, restore page settings, and prevent repeated actions. If necessary storage is disabled, sign-in, ordering, or user panel features may not work properly.
Analytics may use local identifiers to distinguish consecutive page visits and summarize page performance. VPNJR does not use these identifiers to store browsing content from network acceleration connections, nor does it turn marketing-site page analytics into records of user destinations. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. After signing out, clearing session data on shared devices is also recommended.
Payments and service providers
Payments are handled by the selected payment channel. Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT service providers may process payment account, transaction verification, and risk control information under their own rules. VPNJR does not directly store complete payment credentials that users are required to submit to a payment channel. It receives only the information needed to confirm order status, transaction results, and refunds.
To provide infrastructure, analytics, troubleshooting, or order processing, VPNJR may use necessary technical service providers. Data shared with providers is limited to what they need to perform the assigned work, and they are required to handle it as agreed without changing its purpose. Each payment channel's independently processed data is governed by its own privacy rules.
Retention, access, and deletion
Account and subscription data are retained while the account remains active and the service is being delivered. Order, payment, and refund records are kept for the periods needed for transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Analytics are preferably kept in aggregated form. When raw data is no longer needed for security maintenance, troubleshooting, or service improvement, it enters the cleanup process. Corresponding data in backups is gradually removed through routine backup rotation.
Users can sign in to the user panel and use the ticket entry point to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. VPNJR will verify the requester's connection to the account before processing it. Deleting an account affects subscription access and historical order lookup. Records that must be retained by law or are necessary to handle pending orders, refunds, disputes, or system security may be kept within the necessary scope and deleted once the reason for retention ends.
Policy updates
VPNJR may update this policy when data practices, website features, payment processes, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Important changes involving data categories, processing purposes, or user rights will be highlighted in an appropriate location on the website or user panel. Please review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
