If the same route performs differently on different devices, browser versions, app versions or hardware decoding may be responsible.
Dolby Vision requires more than a stable connection: the title must offer the format, and the display, playback client, connection path and account plan must all meet the platform’s requirements. An exit route can address regional access and transmission, but it cannot replace device certification or content rights. Sustained bandwidth

Membership or payment region mismatch
The network exit does not modify account details. Check whether the platform account region, payment details and app-store region meet the platform’s requirements. This type of restriction usually cannot be resolved by changing routes alone.
Quality will not improve
Close other bandwidth-intensive tasks, check the local Wi-Fi network and device decoding, then see whether the route can sustain transmission. If fluctuations are obvious during peak hours, compare it with an IEPL route in the target region.
Different results on TV and computer

After switching routes, check the exit region before opening the platform. If the catalogue is unchanged, sign out and clear the app or browser cache.
