Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the international route subscription service provided by VPNJR. By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using international routes, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the service.
Service Scope
VPNJR provides access to international routes, subscription configuration, and client entry points for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes are intended to improve connection paths for cross-border access. Available regions, route types, and supported features are as shown on the Nodes page and in the user panel.
The service depends on the user’s local network, device operating system, international links, and third-party services. Connection results may vary across network environments. VPNJR may adjust node entry points, connection methods, and client configurations due to route maintenance, capacity planning, or changes to third-party networks in order to keep the service operating normally.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Traffic
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials, subscription details, and device configurations, and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. Each account is for the registrant’s personal management and use only. Reselling, renting out, or publicly posting subscription details, or sharing account credentials or subscription access with others, is prohibited.
An active subscription has no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but this does not change the rule that each account is for personal use only. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Package prices, available traffic, and order status are determined by the information confirmed on the Packages page and in the user panel.

Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the location from which the service is accessed. Users must not use VPNJR for unlawful activities, infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights, or carry out unauthorized system access, malicious interference, bulk abuse, fraud, or the distribution of unlawful content.
Users are responsible for determining whether the content they intend to access and their specific activities are lawful. VPNJR provides network connectivity and is not a party to transactions between users and third-party websites, platforms, or content providers. VPNJR does not guarantee the accuracy, continuity, or legality of third-party content.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNJR performs necessary route maintenance, configuration updates, and troubleshooting, but does not guarantee that any route will deliver the same performance in every region, network, or device environment. Carrier changes, device limitations, system updates, changes to third-party platform rules, public network failures, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions or temporarily make certain features unavailable.
Users should back up important data and plan appropriately for work that requires a continuous connection. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNJR is not liable for indirect losses arising from third-party service interruptions, user configuration errors, exposed credentials, activities that violate these Terms, or events that cannot reasonably be controlled.
Suspension and Termination
If an account is found to involve resale, subscription sharing, unlawful use, malicious consumption of route resources, interference with service operation, or circumvention of normal account management, VPNJR may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service as appropriate. Before taking action, VPNJR may require the user to correct configurations or stop the relevant conduct, depending on its nature. Necessary measures may be taken immediately in cases involving urgent security risks or clear unlawful activity.
After a subscription expires, its traffic is used up, or the user voluntarily stops using the service, the corresponding connection permissions may end according to the order status. Account termination does not affect responsibilities incurred before termination or provisions that remain legally effective after termination.
Amendments and Other Terms
VPNJR may update these Terms in response to changes in its service scope, technical solutions, operating rules, or applicable law. Updates will be published on this page, and the update time shown on the page will apply. Continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the service.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy together form the service rules. Where these documents contain specific provisions for the same matter, the provisions on the dedicated page take precedence. If any provision cannot be enforced under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
