From the user panel to exit verification

VPNJR Setup Guide

Follow the steps in order: account creation, plan selection, subscription import, and connection verification. Each step explains where to go, what status to look for, and what to do next.

Before you start

Confirm where to begin

This guide covers the main path from creating an account to establishing a working connection. All required entry points are in the VPNJR user panel: choose a plan after creating your account, get your subscription from Account Overview after the payment status updates, then open the download area to get the client for your platform. The marketing pages do not provide static installers or publish real subscription URLs.

Before you begin, identify your device platform and remember the username and password created for your account. VPNJR supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no device limit for simultaneous connections. You can use the same account on different devices, but each device should get the appropriate client and import instructions from the user panel. Do not apply installation steps for another platform to your current device.

If you have already completed a step, use the directory above to jump to the relevant section. For questions about protocol selection, split-tunneling rules, peak-hour route choices, or repeated disconnections, see the Cross-Border Network Service Guide for the principles and detailed troubleshooting steps; this page does not cover advanced network parameters.

Create access credentials

Sign up with a username and password

Open the VPNJR sign-up page, enter the username you plan to use long term, set a password, and confirm. No email address is required, so your username is an important identifier for future logins. Submit the form, then wait for the user panel or a sign-up confirmation. Do not close the page yet; first confirm that you can see entry points such as Account Overview, Plans, and Client Downloads.

If you remain on the same page after submitting, check the message near the username or password fields. Common causes include a username that is already taken or two password entries that do not match. Update the fields as instructed and submit again; there is no need to open multiple sign-up pages. Once created, future purchases, subscription copies, and support tickets will be associated with this account.

It is a good idea to sign out once and sign back in to confirm that your username and password were saved correctly. The login entry is at the top of the site. After signing in with the credentials you just set, you should see the same Account Overview. If you cannot access it, do not place an order yet; check the username spelling and password entry first, then continue to the plan step once access works normally.

Create an active subscription

Choose a plan based on data usage

On the Plans page in the user panel, decide whether you need ongoing monthly use or a long-term data balance. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated for the remaining days, making this option suitable for steady monthly use.

Data packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They suit irregular usage when you want to keep your data for later. Compare the plan with your usage pattern; there is no need to buy repeatedly because you use multiple devices. VPNJR supports unlimited simultaneous devices.

After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount. Select an available payment method—Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel and do not create the same order again. Use the status shown in the panel as the source of truth; once the plan is active and subscription details appear in Account Overview, copy the subscription.

All plans include a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. During setup, simply confirm the order status and that the subscription appears. For eligibility and processing rules, see the Refund Policy. Do not share payment screenshots, order details, or subscription content publicly.

The order status has updated, and Account Overview shows an active plan and subscription entry.

Start using it

Copy from Account Overview

Get the subscription link

After the plan becomes active, open Account Overview and find the subscription section. The panel places the plan status, data usage, and subscription actions close together. Select Copy Subscription; the system clipboard should contain one complete link. Use the copy button provided by the panel rather than selecting text manually, because even one missing character can prevent the client from recognizing it.

The subscription link is a credential that lets the client read route configuration. Paste it only into the VPNJR client on your own device. Do not put it in public documents, group chats, screenshots, or web testing tools. If you suspect the subscription was exposed, stop sharing it and use the support ticket entry in the user panel instead of modifying the link parameters yourself.

The address below only illustrates what a link looks like. It is intentionally invalid, is not a VPNJR subscription, and cannot be used to connect:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

After copying, you can leave the user panel open in the background and open the download area to get the client for your platform. Both the download and subscription should be accessed from the panel to avoid choosing the wrong platform version and to keep the client entry aligned with your account’s subscription status.

You should see this before continuing

The copy action in Account Overview is complete, and the clipboard contains the full subscription link.

Open Account Overview

Configure for your platform

Import the subscription into the client

Open the Client Downloads area in the user panel and select the platform matching your device. Client downloads are available only in the user panel. After installation, return to this section and find the subscription management entry for your platform. A successful import has the same result across platforms: the client displays a set of regional routes and lets you choose IEPL dedicated, relay, or direct routes.

Windows

After installing and opening the VPNJR client on Windows, check the sidebar or top toolbar and open “Subscription Management” or “Add Subscription.” Choose Import from Link, paste the complete subscription you copied into the field, and save or update it. Once the client finishes reading it, return to the route page and confirm that selectable regions appear. If the list is still empty, copy the subscription from the panel again and update once more.

On the first connection, the system may ask you to allow the client to establish a VPN connection or change network settings. Confirm that the request comes from the VPNJR client you just opened, authorize it, and return to the route list. Do not run another similar network client at the same time, as multiple network configurations may overwrite one another.

macOS

On macOS, get the appropriate client from the user panel and install it, then open the subscription or configuration management area. Choose Add via Link, paste the complete subscription, and save it. After importing, the menu bar or main client window will show the route selector. Confirm that the list has updated before starting the system connection.

When macOS shows a network extension or VPN configuration authorization prompt, follow the system instructions to confirm it. If you close the authorization window, the client may have imported the routes but its connection switch will not work correctly. After authorization, return to the client, choose a route, and check whether the status changes from disconnected to connected.

Android

On Android, open the VPNJR client obtained from the user panel and enter Subscription Management, Configuration, or Add. Choose Import from Clipboard, confirm that the field contains the complete link, and save it. Wait for the subscription update to finish and for the route list to appear before choosing a region. Do not repeatedly tap Import while the update is in progress.

The first time you start a connection, Android will show a VPN permission prompt. Complete the system authorization before the client can connect. If strict battery-saving limits are enabled, check the app’s background activity settings when the connection repeatedly drops. System behavior varies, so see Choosing a Service and Troubleshooting for detailed checks.

iOS

On iOS, first open the VPNJR user panel and access the client entry for your device, then follow the panel instructions to get it. In the client, find Add Subscription or Import via URL, paste the subscription, and save it. Once the subscription is read, the client will show regions and route types. Choose the route you need and start the connection.

The first connection displays a system VPN configuration prompt. Authorize it, return to the client, and wait for the status to clearly show connected. If authorization was canceled, start the connection again and complete the system confirmation; importing a subscription alone does not mean the route is connected.

Linux

Linux users should get the VPNJR client and instructions suited to their environment from the user panel, then paste the link in the client’s configuration or subscription area. Desktop environments and permission management may differ, but the import check is the same: the route list updates, the client lets you choose a region, and it shows a clear connection status after startup.

If the client reports missing network permissions, follow the panel instructions to authorize the current application. Do not copy terminal commands from unknown sources. Linux network management components vary widely, so for routing or DNS conflicts, use the in-depth guide for the appropriate troubleshooting order.

Confirm that the exit location has changed

Complete connection verification

Once the route list appears normally, try a nearby relay route for your first connection. If you need greater peak-hour stability or a standard relay route remains unstable, switch to an IEPL dedicated route. Direct routes suit compatible link conditions, but actual performance still depends on your location and the destination region; there is no need to use only one route type.

Click the connection switch and wait for the client to clearly show “Connected” or an equivalent status. Do not switch routes rapidly before the connection is established, as the client may still be closing the previous connection. Once the status is stable, open a browser and visit VPNJR’s IP Lookup page to check whether the current exit location matches the selected route.

A changed exit location shows that the system connection and basic routing are active. Next, visit the website, streaming service, or AI tool you actually need. Loading the homepage does not verify every function; continue with a normal action such as signing in, loading content, or sending a request to confirm that the target service works reliably on the current route.

If IP Lookup still shows the previous exit location, return to the client and confirm that the connection has not dropped automatically. Then check whether split tunneling is enabled for only selected apps. If just one app is not using the current route, check whether it is excluded by the split-tunneling rules. Do not rely only on the client button color; the exit-location check and actual access results are more reliable.

Client status

It shows Connected without a continuous reconnect message.

Exit location

The IP lookup result matches the selected route’s region.

Actual access

The target website or app loads and works normally.

Review the steps in order

Common issues and what to do next

If the client says the subscription is invalid, return to Account Overview and confirm that the plan is still active, then use the copy button to get the complete subscription again. Do not add characters manually or mistake the example address for a real subscription. Re-import it and run one update. If the route list still cannot be generated, submit a ticket through the user panel and include the platform, the error message, and the steps already completed.

If the routes import but cannot connect, first check whether system VPN permission has been granted and whether another similar client is still running. Close conflicting connections, then test with a relay route. If neither the relay nor the IEPL dedicated route connects, keep the client’s original error message and do not repeatedly delete the account or recreate the order.

If the connection works but the target service loads unreliably, try another route in the same region and compare the IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct options. Do not change the route, split tunneling, DNS, and system network settings at the same time, or it will be difficult to identify the cause. Change one condition at a time and check the next item only after the connection is stable.

This guide completes the basic setup. To learn more about route-type costs, bandwidth and concurrency considerations, sharing across household devices, billing choices, and how to identify a service, read the Cross-Border Network Service Buying Guide. For account, order, or subscription-status issues, submit a ticket from the user panel so the record is linked to the current account.
